Much thanks to Western Engineering, the Thames Valley School Board, all of our participating teams and their teachers and mentors for a very successful competition this April. We were very pleased with the kind of innovation and creativity present at the competition. This is our first step towards a brighter and more sunny future, and our proud winners are:
First Prize: Central Energizers
Second Prize: Lucas Black Box
Third Prize: Central Endotherms
$500, $250, and $100 prizes were awarded to our three winners, respectively. However, many other teams made honourable mentions in the following categories:
- Highest Average Temperature: Central Energizers
- Best Overall Binder: Central Lights
- Most Cost Efficient: Central Lights
- Most Efficient: Central Energizers
- Best Presentation: Central Endotherms
- Best Prototype: Central Elements
