Breakfast is brain food!

Eat a healthy breakfast

A good breakfast gives you energy all morning.

It should supply at least 25% of the day's calories and essential nutrients.

The best breakfast will include foods 
from at least 3 of the 4 food groups.

A good breakfast might be:

cereal with milk and a banana or

toast with peanut butter 
and orange juice
