child listening to story
Helping children learn to read and learn to love reading.

To become lifelong readers, children need to be invested in the power of books within a community of others that love reading. Here at Ealing, parents, teachers, seniors and other community partners have joined together in offering children a variety of reading programs.

There are programs for children of all ages, from infancy to grade 8. These programs endeavour to help children learn that reading offers them something wonderful and meaningful in their lives.

Go to Literacy Programs for a brief description of the programs being offered at this time. Click on the icon for more information about each program.
