Amount of Award
Annual interest generated to provide for two awards.
History
Established in 1966 with the bequest from the will of Miss Helen Nellie Farthing and transferred to the Elgin County Board of Education in 1971.
Criteria
One male graduating student and one female graduating student who are continuing on to post secondary education.
Selection Process
The recipients will be determined by the principal, vice-principal and the current Trustee representative of the CEC South area of the Thames Valley District School Board and any other members as deemed appropriate by the Principal.
